My eyes fell on the white pizza called “Fruit is cool” consisting of fruit of the day, rosemary, prosciutto, cheese and olive oil. I immediately remembered  Anthony Bourdain and his visit to Rome during the filming of The Layover when he cursed the fruit pizzas , mainly ones with the pineapple. The famous pizzaiolo Gabriele Bonci, that makes his masterpiece pizzas in one of the most famous pizzerias of Rome, Pizzarium Bonci , challenged him on a duel. He said that he would make a pizza with pineapple, which will delight him, even though he has never made it so far. At first it was pale, but with the addition of grilled onions and 12 types of peppers, Anthony flew into the sky. […]
