My eyes fell on the white pizza called “Fruit is cool” consisting of fruit of the day, rosemary, prosciutto, cheese and olive oil. I immediately remembered  Anthony Bourdain and his visit to Rome during the filming of The Layover when he cursed the fruit pizzas , mainly ones with the pineapple. The famous pizzaiolo Gabriele Bonci, that makes his masterpiece pizzas in one of the most famous pizzerias of Rome, Pizzarium Bonci , challenged him on a duel. He said that he would make a pizza with pineapple, which will delight him, even though he has never made it so far.
